Baked Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon (suggest cutting into 4 fillets)
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce+2 tablespoons (for topping)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Spray a large oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray (large enough for salmon without crowding).
    3. Place a little sauce on the bottom of the pan where you will place the salmon.
    4. Place the salmon in the baking dish.
    5. Pour even amounts of the teriyaki sauce on each salmon fillet.
    6. Bake, uncovered, for 12-15 minutes (until salmon flakes).
    7. Serve with a fresh lemon squeeze and topped with a little teriyaki sauce (if desired).
